2018 Graduation Celebration at the Park- What a BLAST!!
This post is sponsored by Citizens Bank and Her Campus Media. All opinions are my own.
I had such a blast at the Graduation Celebration at the Park by Citizens Bank!
The event was created to celebrate the High School and College Graduates of 2018. For all their hard work and dedication, these students were rewarded with an event created just for them.
The Graduation Celebration at the Park took place at the Citizens Bank Park (Phillies Stadium) on Saturday, June 16, 2018 from 1-4PM. The four hour celebration featured a live DJ, some yummy free food, super fun games, a cash grabbing box and many more activities.
At the event, you also had a chance to speak with a Citizens Bank representative and learn about their NEW Student Checking Account. What really caught my attention was that if you’re under 25, the monthly maintenance fee is waived and there is no minimum balance required! In addition, there is a great perk of sending and receiving money safely and securely online with no charge through Zelle.
The Food.
A wonderful moment during this event was meeting the staff preparing the food. They were extremely kind and courteous. Since the celebration took place at the Citizens Bank Park (Phillies stadium), what better way to enjoy the day by having a hot dog meal with many toppings? Included in this feast of champions, the hot dog was accompanied by our local Herr’s potato chips and a very cold and refreshing coca cola.
The Games.
The Celebration at the Park had a lot of fun games, which included the hot dog launcher, jenga, batting in the baseball field, and a cash grabbing cube.
One of my favorite games was the cash grabbing cube, because all the money that I grabbed went to a charity of my choice between City Year and Year Up. City Year focuses on fighting the national dropout crisis, which is an indelible part of our society. Year Up helps 18-24 year olds go from poverty to a professional career in a single year.
For participating in the cash cube, I earned an Amazon gift card. It felt really awesome receiving this gift!
A signed baseball raffle.
For participating at the event, I had a chance to win a signed autograph baseball. Thanks to Molly, the event representative, who encouraged me to include my name at the raffle, I was one of three people who won an autographed baseball. The ball happened to be signed by Phillies pitcher Vince Velasquez.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience. These events happen all over the country so do not miss out on all the fun. Stay tuned by following Citizens Bank on Facebook, Instagram & Twitter.
