This video routine is a combination of 5 easy workouts that anyone can do with a little free time. It includes:
- Jumping Squats
- Lateral Lunges
- Lunges
- Squats
- Bridges
Routine details
- 15 Jumping Squats
- 15 Lateral Lunges (each leg)
- 15 Lunges (each leg)
- 15 Squats
- 15 Bridges (hip lift)
Repeat this routine 4 times.
If this is your first time doing gluteus exercises only, reduce the repetitions to 3 times instead of 4 to reduce or avoid muscle soreness.
