7-day Challenge to Lose Weight! Details
The challenge of 7-day Challenge to Lose Weight with Claudia, is about gradually reducing fatty, sugary foods or any type of food harmful to health and by adding exercises to achieve a style of more healthy life.
The goal is that at the end of 7 days you will see the physical and internal difference that produces healthy eating and exercise. When finishing the challenge please do not return to your previous habits as we want to make this your new lifestyle.
You must modify the institutions if you have a health problem, for example if you have diabetes you must be careful with fruits high in sugar or if you have back problems do low intensity exercises for the area.
I am not a nutritionist or personal trainer, but I already went through the stage of losing weight and I lose more than 30 pounds Naturally eating healthy and doing exercises 4 times a week for an hour.
In this challenge we will implement what helped me to be in better internal and physical form.
How does the challenge work?
The challenge consists of seven days, each day you will receive details about what meals are recommended as well as the next day’s exercise routine.
The details about what foods are recommended to eat, you will receive the day before the start of the challenge.
The videos of the exercise routine will be on my Youtube channel. Subscribe to my YouTube channel so that you receive daily exercise routines. (There are only 3 days of exercises)
ATTENTION:
Eating
This challenge is about eliminating all kinds of fatty, sugary foods or any type of food that is harmful to your health, as much as possible. Do not fool yourself
You can only consume lean proteins
Zero added sugar
Zero Modified carbohydrates (bread, cookies, sponge cake)
Zero sweetened or packaged drinks (soft drinks, malt, juices)
Zero canned or packaged vegetables
Zero fried food
Zero condiments (dressings, mayonnaise, ketchup, butter)
Drink 10 glasses of water a day
Exercises
A minimum of one hour of exercises is required. (You can divide it by 20 minutes per section, eg 20 minutes in the morning, 20 minutes in the afternoon and 20 minutes in the evening)
The exercises can be modified depending on your needs. (Do not fool yourself)
You must use tennis (do not do barefoot or sandals since you can hurt yourself)
Make sure you follow the steps (especially to warm up before you start the exercises)
