7 Days Challenge for Weight Loss- Exercises
The exercise routine of the 7-day challenge with Claudia, consists of doing 1 hour of exercises 3 times a week for those who are in the basic level beginners and 4-5 for advanced.
In the daily exercise routines we will do a combination of warming, followed by cardiovascular activities, then we focus on specific parts of the body such as arms, stomach, buttocks and legs.
Most participants chose the routine for the whole body, if you are one of those who choose a specific area, create the focus routine in your area.
Depending on your health status, you should adjust the routine.

5 minutes of cardio
10 minutes arms
10 minutes stomach
10 minutes cardio
10 minutes Brazos
10 minutes stomach
2 minutes of narrowing
Day: Thursday, September 21
Focus area: GLUTEOS Y PIERNAS

3 minutes of narrowing / warming
5 minutes of cardio
10 minutes of glutes
10 minutes of legs
10 minutes of cardio
10 minutes of glutes
10 minutes of legs
2 minutes narrowing
Day: Saturday, September 23
Focus area: COMPLETE BODY

5 minutes cardio
5 minutes arms
5 minutes stomach
5 buttocks
5 minutes legs
10 minutes cardio

By doing the routine, make sure
Take breaks when your body asks for it.
Drink plenty of water during the routine to keep you hydrated.
Pay attention to the indications.
Take your time in each exercise.
