bareMinerals Blemish Rescue – Best Foundation for Acne Prone Skin

A couple of months ago, I found out that makeup residue was the reason why I was prone to having acne on my skin. I was devastated to know that makeup, something that I love so much, was hurting me.
I never had acne before. Since finding out the reason why my face was breaking out, I stopped wearing makeup for a little while. To be honest, I really missed it. As time passed by, I thought I will just wear makeup and deal with the consequences.

Around the same time, I had a chance to partner up with one of my favorite clean beauty brands, bareMinerals. The partnership consisted of including the bareMinerals Blemish Rescue Collection for a few weeks to help my skin with this issue and share my results.

- Blemish Rescue Anti-Redness Mattifying Primer. Having dry skin, I am always afraid of mattifying primers absorbing my natural oils. With this one, I have no fears because it leaves my skin moisturized and soft.

My husband even noticed that I take less time to get ready, and he is right. I no longer need to waste time applying layers of makeup to cover my “imperfections.”

I haven’t tried this before, but I do like mineral foundations. They give more coverage then I expected x
