TACOS DE CAMARÓN AL CHIPOTLE
TACOS DE CAMARÓN AL CHIPOTLE by Wendy Hunt
Performance: 4 people
Ingredients
- 500 g of shrimp
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 cup of tomato puree
- 2 tomatoes (tomatoes), chopped
- 1 finely chopped garlic
- Chopped cilantro
- 1 can of chipotle chilies
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 8 corn tortillas
- Lettuce leaves
Preparation
1. Blend the puree with two chipotle peppers; reservation.
2. Sauté the onion and garlic, add the chopped tomatoes and sauté the shrimp with the sauce for five minutes.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste; add the chopped coriander.
4. Heat the tortillas and on these place a lettuce leaf and a portion of the shrimp.
For those who are doing the 21DF program, measure the shrimp before serving them in the red container and the tortillas 2 count as a yellow.
