Citrus Filled Flower Base
With citrus fruits being a huge refresher and part of spring cocktails, it’s a must to incorporate them as best we can when styling our bar carts. In my flower base, I use lemons, not only to give a pop of color but also to highlight the fruit while at its peak, which is early spring.
Old Forester Bourbon
Bourbon is known to have a sweeter flavor than other styles of whiskey. Old Forester delivers a genuine bourbon experience, with a rich, full flavor and a smooth character. Being the first bottled bourbon, it’s no doubt a must in your spring bar cart, as it not only makes up for great conversion, but it also fits very well with cocktails. For my spring bar cart, I added the Old Forester 86 Proof, as it has a spicy, soft vanilla, and light orange notes.

Ready to Serve Cocktail – Old Forester Mint Julep
Let’s be honest, if you are hosting a big gathering or simply when you are in the mood for a mess-free drink, a ready-to-serve cocktail is the way to go. In my spring bar cart, I added the Old Forester Mint Julep. The southern drink is the official cocktail of the famous Kentucky Derby Race that happens every year in the middle of spring.
Being based in sunny Florida, I enjoy this refreshing cocktail all year long with a lot of ice and mint!
Sparkling Water / Wine
Bubbly cocktails are in and there is no need to stay behind. Just add a bottle of sparkling water/wine to your bar cart, as it can serve as a replacement for still-water recipes and give that fun fizz to drinks. Here are some of my favorite bubbly cocktail recipes featuring Old Forester
Double Old Fashioned Glasses
When styling your bar cart this season, opt for elegance and functionality. Double Old Fashioned Glasses are one of the best ways to go glassware-wise, since you can serve Old Forester Bourbon on the rocks as well as a beautifully crafted cocktail.
