Wegmans Meals 2GO – Our Favorite Asian Meals Freshly Delivered!

Wegmans, the national supermarket chain, is now offering their chef-prepared restaurant food to go, via their Wegmans Meals 2GO app.

My husband and I love Wegmans, aside from grocery shopping, we go there for lunch and dinner very often. They offer some of our favorite meals in their hot food bar, especially the Asian dishes which includes the Kung Pao Shrimp and Chicken, Shrimp in Cream Sauce and their crunchy Vegetable Egg Rolls.

When we found out that our local Wegmans in King of Prussia is offering this new service, we knew we had to give it a try. How could we not? Super tasty meals that are made to order, from scratch, and delivered? Definitely count us in!

I partnered up with Wegmans to share all about our experience with you. We ordered a few of our favorite Asian dishes and made it an outdoor lunch date.

The Ordering experience

The new service is provided via their Wegmans Meals  2GO app.

The app is very easy to use, it lets you choose how you would like to receive your food, either curbside pick-up, delivery though DoorDash or pickup in-store. It’s very easy to navigate and find what your tummy desires, since it divides the dishes they offer by concept, like pizza, wings, subs, salads, Asian and more.

The food

Well, Well, the part I bet you have been waiting to hear. All about the food!

Getting the food was super easy. In the store, they made it very clear where I had to go and pick up the delicious food we ordered. I was greeted by very nice staff members, who handed me my food after confirming what was mine. 

Everything that we ordered was so tasty and still hot when we started to eat it. The Asian food was very fresh and flavorful, Wegmans doesn’t skimp on the ingredients so the portions were big.

The Kung Pao Chicken was one of my favorites! The Chicken was tender and juicy, it had a lot of crunchy peanuts, peppers, and onions for extra flavor. Everything was so fresh which made it the perfect meal and date.
