7 Days Weight Loss Challenge
The challenge is to gradually eliminate fatty foods, fortified carbohydrates, sweetened beverages and all kinds of condiments, such as dressings. If you want to participate in the challenge, start eliminating the mentioned foods today so you can get used to this lifestyle.
When trying to achieve weight reduction, the challenge also involves exercising 3-4 times per week. This challenge is not to lose a few pounds and then return to eat all the meals you ate before, the idea is to slowly accustom your body to healthier meals and exercise frequently.

The challenge begins on Monday December 4, 2017. Registration for the challenge only requires small data such as your name, current weight and desired weight, this information will help me see your progress and trajectory.
