Healthy Sauteed Asparagus Recipe
Ingredients for Sauteed Asparagus
- 1 lb of Asparagus
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1/2 Cup of water
- 1 Tbsp of Olive oil
Triple wash asparagus
Peel garlic cloves
Smash garlic cloves
Pre-heat pan at medium temperature with 1/2 cup of water
Once water is boiling, place garlic, asparagus & ( add salt and pepper as desired)
Cover with lid and let it boil
After 1 min rise temperature to high, stir until water dries up or (until desired tenderness).
Turn off heat after water has dried up, add 1 tbsp of olive oil and stir
Add Salt & Pepper to your taste
Your asparagus is ready to be served Bon Appétit!
*I add the olive oil at the end because it is not recommended to be use for high temperature cooking.
